⏸Cancellation


To cancel your order, you can contact us at: contact@pandenine.com


We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.


We only accept order cancellation before order is shipped. Payment will be returned to your original payment method within 1-3 business days after your order is successfully cancelled. The duration depends on your bank. (Please note that processing might be delayed during holidays.)


We will process your request in 24hrs during work days after you raise the cancellation.


🔄Exchanges

You will be guided through the steps online. Just make sure to have your order number (2SY-XXXXX) and the email you used to make your purchase handy.



- We offer free exchange for wrong/missing item and damaged item.


- Customers have 30 days from the fulfillment date to file an exchange.

- There will be additional shipping and product exchange fees.

We accept return on products. Quality problems can be returned within 7 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Late or missing refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: contact@pandenine.com


Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will have your total money refunded immediately upon verification.
